  • Connect your Google Business Profile — sign in with the Google account that manages your business and approve the connection.

  • Choose your business from Google's list (usually one) and confirm connection. Contact us if you have multiple locations.

  • Pick a photo for the review-request image — upload your own, accept our suggestion, or skip.

  • Confirm the business name and complete the setup. You can do this easily from your phone.

  • Set up completed-job notifications — We’ll help determine the easiest way to let Relay know when a job is finished.

  • Start with past customers — We’ll help you upload your customer list so Relay can begin requesting reviews.
