The $79 is a one-time setup fee. It covers your A2P messaging registration, your Google Business Profile connection, and a hosted opt-in page. Cancel inside the first 14 days and you're never billed monthly; the setup fee isn't refundable. Texts and emails: your first $25 is on us, then billed at our cost — typically $2–10 a month.

Can I offer a discount or gift card for a review?
No, and Relay will never ask on those terms. Google's policy is explicit: content posted because a business offered an incentive — payment, discounts, free goods or services — is not allowed and will be removed. Relay asks for honest feedback and nothing else.
Won't asking every customer invite bad reviews?
It's a fair worry. But asking only the customers you expect to be happy is review gating, and that isn't allowed. Relay asks everyone the same way and alerts you quickly when someone raises a concern, so you can respond while it still matters. A steady flow of honest reviews also means one rough job carries less weight than it would against a thin, older profile.
How soon will new reviews start showing up?
That follows your job volume — Relay sends a request after each completed job, so the pace tracks your work. Once a customer writes a review, Google usually publishes it within a few hours, though it can take longer. We don't promise a number; we make the asking consistent.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
They stay. Reviews live on your Google Business Profile, not on ours. Relay sends the requests and helps you respond, but the profile and everything on it belongs to you — cancelling stops the requests, it doesn't touch what you've already earned.
