Your 4.8 Rating Can Still Lose the Job.
Because homeowners don’t just compare stars. They compare the proof behind them.
See how your review count, freshness and response activity stack up against nearby competitors — and find out what customers see when they compare you.
Very different proof.

Your 4.8 rating isn’t the problem. Nearby competitors have more — and more recent — customer proof behind a similar rating.
Compared with nearby businesses in your category — not a national benchmark.

Why I Built This
I kept seeing the same problem with good contractors:
They thought a 4.8 rating meant their reputation was strong.
Then you compare them with the contractor down the road.
Same 4.8 rating.
Three times the reviews. New reviews every week. Responses to almost every customer.
To a homeowner comparing the two, those businesses don’t look equal.
That’s why I built the Reputation Scorecard.
It shows you what your rating alone doesn’t — how much proof sits behind it, how fresh that proof is, and how you stack up against the businesses competing for the same customer.
You may find you’re already in great shape.
Or you may discover a gap that’s been costing you jobs without you realizing it.
Either way, you should know before you spend another dollar trying to fix it.
Common questions. Straight answers.
Is the scorecard really free?
Yes. It’s completely free, takes about 30 seconds, and no sales call is required.
What data do you use?
We use public Google Business Profile data from your business and comparable nearby competitors. Your rating and review count come directly from Google; recent review activity and business responses are analyzed from the reviews visible on those profiles.
Will I get a sales call?
No. This is a free tool, not a sales process. You’ll see your numbers right away, and we’ll email you the full comparison — what you do next is up to you.
What if my business already has a good reputation?
That’s great. The scorecard may show you’re already strong — and it can still give you useful competitive context.
